Sophia Chang is an aerial acrobat, fusion and blues dance instructor, and the world's first iPod silhouette. She graduated from Harvard magna cum laude at the age of 20 with a degree in Race, Sexuality & Performance, where her sold-out thesis play was awarded high honors and published through the university.
Her subsequent plays were produced on both coasts and she's performed original comedy for ABC/Disney, Improv Olympic West, Hollywood's Egyptian Arena Theatre and more.
After working as a film and television actor, Sophia went to graduate school for Marriage & Family Therapy, studied at Coaches Training Institute, and produced radio, broadcast, and digital content for the New York City News Service through CUNY School of Journalism. She is a dynamic, authentic speaker, a passionate writing coach, and a fun and compassionate workshop leader. Sophia hosts The Sophia Chang Show podcast.
